- Be available for scheduled pickup and delivery times, or provide clear instructions for unattended pickup/delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability
CleanWave Now will exercise reasonable care in handling your laundry. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinking, or damage to items that are not suitable for standard washing and drying processes. Our liability for any lost or damaged items is limited to a predetermined amount per item or order, as specified in our service policies.
